
Biddle Real Estate Ventures, in partnership with PCD Development, has topped out The Daymark, a 100-unit condominium project in Sleepy Hollow, N.Y. Hines serves as development manager and COOKFOX Architects as architect of record.
More than one third of the luxury residences were under contract at the time of the building top out, according to the exclusive marketing and sales agent, The Marketing Directors. Prices start in the upper $900,000 and The Daymark is expected to achieve full occupancy by spring 2025.
The Daymark is the latest addition to the Edge-on-Hudson riverfront community. The mixed-use property is set to include 1,177 townhomes, apartments and condominiums, a 140-room boutique hotel, 35,000 square feet of office space, 135,000 square feet of retail space and 16 acres of parkland.
An upscale development in the area
Developed at 4 Lighthouse Landing, The Daymark encompasses one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, with 9-foot ceilings, wide plank flooring, powder rooms, LG washers and dryers, kitchens with quartz countertops, wood cabinetry and Subzero-Wolf appliances. Additionally, the property includes townhome-style residences, equipped with private maisonette entrances.

The Daymark’s amenity package features a coworking lounge with private meeting rooms, a fitness center designed by Aktiv that includes a yoga studio, a wellness spa with treatment rooms and a sauna, a private dining room, a bar lounge, a coffee bar, children’s playrooms and a pet spa, together with resident storage on every floor and bike storage.
The property also has two waterfront landscaped courtyards designed by Future Green Studio. The West courtyard features a swimming pool, a pool deck with hot tub, fire pit and seating, while the East courtyard has barbecues, a dining space and terraces.
The condominium project is close to Tarrytown and Philipse Manor Metro-North train stations, 25 miles from Manhattan, 29 miles from Grand Central Terminal and within 35 miles of John F. Kennedy International Airport.
Recent New York City condo projects
Recent condominium projects in New York City include GFI Development’s One11 Residences at Thompson Central Park, a luxury property in Midtown Manhattan. The developer began closings on the building’s 99 condominiums and two penthouses in December, with prices starting at $1.2 million.
The same month, Naftali Group received $236 million in construction financing for the development of a 62-unit luxury condo tower in the Upper East Side. Sales are scheduled to launch this year.
