An Inland Group affiliate has acquired Epoch Clemson, a student housing community near South Carolina’s Clemson University. Positioned on Lake Hartwell, Inland Real Estate Acquisitions acquired the 994-bed community from Harrison Street.
Epoch Clemson is an 11-mile drive from Clemson University, and less than a half-hour from two other institutions, Tri-County Technical College and Southern Wesleyan University, Central. Situated at 8110 Jacobs Road in Seneca, S.C., the three-story Epoch Clemson property was built in 2019 and offers furnished residences. The property has one- to six-bedroom residences, measuring from 609 to 2,598 square feet, priced from $950 to $1,570 a month.
Residences include cottages, townhomes, luxury flats and brownstones. Features of residences include individual locking bedrooms, private bathrooms, kitchen islands, walk-in closets and in-unit washers and dryers. A media center with a movie theater is among the common-area amenities of the community.
Convenient location
Epoch Clemson is close to several shopping centers, like Heritage Pointe and Hartwell Village, both within 2 miles of the property. Clemson Station, meanwhile, is an eight-minute drive away. The South Carolina Botanical Garden and the Bob Campbell Geology Museum are also located nearby.
A number of unique features are intended to allow students to make the most of the property’s 3,600 feet of frontage on Lake Hartwell. They include a private beach, kayak and SUP board storage, a swim and fishing dock, rentable boat slips and lakeside pedestrian paths. Select units feature lake views. Two months ago, Eastman Residential acquired a 480-bed student housing community in South Carolina.
