AHV Communities is planning a new built-for-rent property on a newly bought 48-acre lot in Leander, Texas, some 25 miles north of downtown Austin. KTGY Architects is in charge of design.
The property will include 244 units with three- and four-bedroom floorplans between 1,500 and 1,900 square feet. Each single-family rental home will be equipped with garage and fenced backyard.
Interiors will feature quartz countertops, vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances, LED lighting, walk-in closets and other sustainable amenities. Common-area amenities will include a clubhouse lounge, a swimming pool with sundeck, a fitness center, a dog park, a conference room, game court, picnic areas and Wi-Fi in all common spaces. The developer will be in charge of lawn care and other management and maintenance services.
AHV Communities has 20 projects in different stages of construction across Alabama, Tennessee, Texas, Colorado, Washington and California, according to the company. Last month, the firm announced plans for some 500 units across two built-for-rent developments in Colorado.
