Moceri + Roszak has delivered Parkline, a luxury residential tower in Chicago’s Loop. The 26-story building includes 24 condos and 190 rental apartments, as well as 6,400 square feet of ground-floor retail.
The tower at 60 E. Randolph St. is within walking distance of Millennium Park, Riverwalk and the Art Institute of Chicago, some of the most desirable locations for Chicago office space, and half a mile from The Chicago Symphony Orchestra.

The condos are located on floors 20 to 25, with four residences per level. Prices range between $1.5 million for the 2,136-square-foot units and more than $2 million for 2,662-square-foot units. Parkline also includes a two-story penthouse with a 1,000-square-foot second terrace.
Amenities common to both apartment and condo residents are located at floors four and 18, and include a media room, coworking spaces, a business center, a fitness center, a dog walking area, an indoor-outdoor pool and outdoor terraces with fire pits and barbecues. In addition, condo owners have exclusive access to a sky terrace, a lounge library and a private dining/conference room, all located at the 19th floor.
As a response to pandemic-related concerns, the developers of Parkline added an air purification system for all common areas and designed touchless entries from lobby to residences.
Building construction for Parkline was completed in April, with more than half of the one- to three-bedroom apartments already leased under Lincoln Property Co.’s management.
Outdoor spaces trending
As the implementation of mixed work-from-home policies during the pandemic could become a permanent strategy going forward, demand for outdoor spaces is only going to increase. Furthermore, a younger demographic is expected to return or move to urban areas going forward, so many developers are focusing on creating versatile spaces to answer both buyers and renters’ needs.
