Royal Senior Care has refinanced Oakmonte Village, a 199-unit luxury senior housing community in Davie, Fla., offering independent living, memory care and assisted living services. According to Broward County records, BHI Healthcare provided the $27 million loan; the financing pays off the outstanding balance of a $30 million note also provided by the U.S. division of Bank Hapoalim in 2019.
Completed in 2017, the senior living facility encompasses three buildings with studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging between 325 and 795 square feet. The community has a heated swimming pool, a cabana area, theaters and performing arts rooms.
Services provided include medication management, 24/7 staff, mobility assistance, transportation, 24/7 wireless response system and a wellness program. A variety of educational, enrichment and fitness-related classes are offered by David Posnack Jewish Community Center.
Located on 10 acres at 8201 Stirling Road, Oakmonte Village is near an abundance of dining options, retail centers and entertainment venues, such as Seminole Classic Casino Hollywood. Brian Piccolo Sports Park & Velodrome, Wolf Lake Park and Tree Tops Park are within a 3.5-mile radius, while HCA Florida Hospital is 2.7 miles away from the property.
