A partnership between PCCP LLC, Sotarra LLC and The Excelsior Group has unveiled plans for Edgewater on Cook Lake, a 58-unit single-family rental community in Maple Grove, Minn. The joint venture broke ground on the first townhomes, scheduled for completion next February.
RT Residential is the general contractor of the project and Lincoln Property Co. will manage the property. Spanning 20 acres, the community will comprise single-family homes on 45-foot by 120-foot plots, averaging 2,277 square feet, with a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom units.
The townhomes will be equipped with backyards, two-car garages and luxury finishes. Community amenities will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, business center and grilling station.
Located at 18962 Bass Lake Road & 7423 Walnut Grove Way N, west of the Twin Cities, the site is within 5 miles of interstates 94 and 494. Boston Scientific, a major employer in the area, and lifestyle center The Shoppes at Arbor Lake, are within a 5-mile radius of the property.
The development comes in response to a demand for large-size BFR properties in Maple Grove and is aiming to attract young families and renters by choice, offering benefits such as high-quality interiors, a large amenity package, access to schools and job centers, said PCCP Vice President Alexandra Schultz, in prepared remarks.
