RangeWater Real Estate is set to break ground this fall on Annalise, a 186-unit, built-to-rent townhome community in Bradenton, Fla., part of to the company’s $1 billion single-family BTR platform named Storia. First move-ins are expected in October 2023.
Upon completion, the 20-acre Gulf Coast community will feature three-bedroom townhomes. Common-area amenities will include a dog park, pool and fire pit, as well as cabanas and various outdoor seating and social areas. Garages and fenced-in yards will also complement the development.
Located in the planned community of Glen Creek, Annalise will take shape near Lakewood Ranch, connecting the site to several nearby employers, such as Bealls Corporate Office and Frontier Communications. Manatee Memorial Hospital and the Pittsburgh Pirates’ spring training facility are also in proximity of the site, along with gulf courses and beaches.
RangeWater acquires, develops, manages and invests in multifamily communities across the Southeast and Mountain West U.S., with a $6.5 billion portfolio. According to Yardi Matrix, the company’s holdings comprise more than 12,000 units in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, Colorado and the Carolinas. Earlier this year, RangeWater announced the groundbreaking of another Florida project named Olea eTown, a 192-unit age-restricted community in Jacksonville. In terms of acquisitions, the firm’s most recent Sunshine State purchase was Tradition at Palm Aire, a 248-unit luxury community in Sarasota.
