Wood Partners has opened Alta Berry Creek, a 17-acre, 300-unit luxury apartment community located at 2201 State Highway 195 in Georgetown, Texas. The project is the latest offering in the developer’s Alta line of luxury properties.
Alta Berry Creek will be located within the Berry Creek Highlands master-planned project, a 314-acre development that is projected to include 1,500 single-family homes, as well as a park, an elementary school and retail space.
Construction of Alta Berry Creek began in February of 2022, and is subject to a $28.3 million loan provided by BOKF, according to Yardi Matrix information. EuroInvestor provided equity financing for the project, while Design Balance and makrDESIGN provided exterior and interior design services, respectively. As with other Alta communities, Wood Residential Services, the developer’s property management and leasing subsidiary, will oversee operations.
Development details
Apartments in Alta Berry Creek are sectioned into one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging between 582 and 1,580 square feet. Some units include a security-focused technology package.
Outdoor amenities at Alta Berry Creek include a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and dog park with washing stations. Inside the community’s clubroom, renters have access to a fitness center, a lounge and entertainment space, as well as a business center with a conference room and private offices.
The project is situated along State Highway 192. A connection to Interstate 35 is three miles away. The state capital of Austin is 30 miles to the south, alongside offices and industrial spaces from some of the state’s largest employers, including Apple, Samsung, GM, Home Depot, Tesla and Emerson.
