Weston Urban, along with general contractor Rogers-O’Brien Construction, has topped off 300 Main, a 354-unit luxury multifamily development in San Antonio. The project is subject to a $91 million construction loan from Bank OZK originated last year, according to Yardi Matrix data. Completion is scheduled for 2024.
Rising 32 stories and designed by Page Southerland Page, the tower broke ground in 2022. It will encompass approximately 696,000 square feet, including 6,275 square feet of ground-floor retail. The community will include two amenity decks, a fitness center and a swimming pool, as well as a six-story parking garage with 450 parking spaces.
Located at 305 Soledad St., in an Opportunity Zone, the site is located in the heart of downtown San Antonio, close to interstates 10, 35 and 37. It is situated within a highly walkable area, which features numerous retail, dining and entertainment options. It is also close to various attractions such as The Alamo and the La Villita Historic Village.
In 2022, a total of 37 properties broke ground in San Antonio, encompassing 9,362 units, Yardi Matrix data shows. This is Rogers-O’Brien first project in the metro, although the company has an expansive portfolio across Texas, including Dallas and Austin. Last year, the firm was part of the team breaking ground on a 750-bed student housing community in College Station, Texas.
