Halstatt Real Estate Partners has broken ground on Argos by Soltura, a 139-unit single-family rental community in Fort Myers, Fla. This development represents the third joint venture between Halstatt and Soltura Development Group.
The property will encompass one- and two-story cottages incorporating one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans. Each unit is slated to feature fenced landscaped backyards with patios, which increase living space by an average of 533 square feet. Amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, mailroom, loungeroom and swimming pool with cabanas.
Located at the intersection of Shoemaker Lane and Veronica South Shoemaker Boulevard, the site is within an accessible range of Interstate 95, roughly 5 miles from downtown Fort Myers and 13 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport. The property is also close to the Trailhead Neighborhood Park and the North Colonial Linear Trail, which provides bike access to multiple retail options in the community’s proximity.
In prepared remarks, Co-founder of Soltura Development Group Danville Leadbetter expressed confidence in the growth of the southwest Florida multifamily market, which is fueled by in-migration. Halstatt Real Estate Partners Principal Steve Iannaccone added that the company, energized by the success of its previous projects, is working toward addressing the market’s worsening housing affordability by delivering unique rental alternatives. Recently, Halstatt broke ground on a 247-unit build-to-rent community near Venice, Fla.
