Multi-Housing News has a new poll! We want to know about the specific areas where your firm is investing in curb appeal improvements. As curb appeal standards evolve and demand increases in most of the nation’s largest multifamily markets, the act of making a good first impression is a top priority for many owners and property managers.
Our poll asks readers whether replacement windows, fresh paint, improved landscaping, upgraded interior signage and lobbies or renovated parking space is their top priority.
Last month, readers were asked how their firms are utilizing artificial intelligence and automation in their operations. Nearly a third of respondents identified marketing and outreach as the main area where that kind of technology is used, due in part to its conveniences and the ability for quicker engagement with leads and renters. Another 31 percent named data analysis, due diligence and lease administration, tasks that are more in the realm of providing assistance for multifamily owners and operators, rather than replacing their functions. The largest contingent of responses, 37 percent, said that their firms are not utilizing the technology. At least not yet.
