Stuf Storage is growing its footprint in the Southeast with a new location. The company has partnered with Jamestown to open a self storage facility in Atlanta’s West Midtown.
Stuf currently has a presence in eight markets across the U.S., including Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Atlanta, Boston, San Diego, Seattle and Washington D.C.
The storage facility offers 100 units, ranging from 24 to 108 square feet. The new location, which serves residents as well as small and medium businesses in the area, will convert 7,000 square feet of former retail storage into tech-enabled self storage. Amenities include drive up car access, loading dock for easy moving, complimentary padlock and video surveillance.

The storage facility is part of the Westside Provision District, a mixed-use development that features retail, dining and residential components. Jamestown, in partnership with Clarion Partners owns the nine-building asset, which was acquired in 2016 for $131 million, according to Yardi Matrix data.
Located at 1170 Howell Mill Road, between 14th Street and Huff Road, the Stuf storage location is within 3 miles from downtown Atlanta.
Stuf and Jamestown have previously partnered on two other storage locations. The first facility is part of the Georgetown Park retail hub in Washington D.C. Earlier this spring, the startup also expanded its Boston footprint with a new location at 18 Tremont St., an office building with ground-floor retail in the Charlestown neighborhood.
