The Accend Cos. has selected Allied Orion Group to manage three off-base military and corporate housing communities. The portfolio comprises the 336-unit The Flats at Big Tex in San Antonio, the 288-unit M South in Tampa, Fla., and the 180-unit The Watermark in Norfolk, Va.
In mid-March, Allied was tapped to manage two luxury communities in Houston.
