Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts, in partnership with Azure Resorts & Hotels and Luxus Developments, will build a 171-unit luxury condominium development in Henderson, Nev., in the Las Vegas area. Completion is scheduled for 2026 and prices start from $3 million. Architectural services are provided by Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo.
The community will encompass two- to five-bedroom floorplans with interiors ranging from 2,300 to 7,300 square feet and exterior space between 500 and 5,000 square feet. The development also incorporates six stand-alone villas. Homes will feature semi-private elevators, private garages and customizable terraces equipped with outdoor kitchens.
Common-area amenities are slated to include multi-level swimming pools, pet spa, auto spa, library, fitness center and a spa with sauna and steam room, along with private chef services, catering services and a private wine cellar. The community will also incorporate Noble Heights, a signature restaurant and wine bar.
A luxurious Las Vegas community
Located in the MacDonald Highlands community, the 11-acre site is close to interstates 11 and 215, roughly 15 miles from the Las Vegas Strip and some 11 miles from Harry Reid International Airport. Residents of the Four Seasons residences will also have access to community amenities such as a virtual golf simulator, dog parks, pickleball courts as well as the Dragon Ridge Country Club.
Although economic instability and rising interest rates represent large hurdles in the condominium market, development activity in the sector has remained lively. Recently, a Hawaiian developer landed $528 million for a condo project in Honolulu. Last Month, CMC Group broke ground on a luxury condominium development on Miami’s exclusive Grove Isle.
