Alliance Residential Co., in a joint venture with The Carlyle Group, has opened Broadstone Craft, a 297-unit luxury community in Charlotte, N.C. The project secured $48.6 million in financing from U.S. Bank, according to Yardi Matrix data.
Cline Design Associates provided architecture services and McAdams served as civil engineer, while LS3P was the interior designer. The team broke ground in April 2022 and pre-leasing began in October 2023, the same data provider shows.
Located at 1015 N. Alexander St., Broadstone Craft is 11 miles from the University of North Carolina and under 2 miles from the city center. Charlotte’s entertainment, dining and shopping experiences are all within 3 miles, while Interstate 277 and Parkwood LYNX Blue Line bus stops are within 1 mile of the community.
The multifamily property encompasses one- and two-bedroom apartments with sizes between 590 and 1,069 square feet, according to Yardi Matrix data. Each unit has quartz countertops, Moen fixtures and stainless-steel appliances. Common-area amenities include a clubroom, fitness center, sky lounge and pool. The property also provides a coworking space and pet park.
Broadstone Craft is Alliance’s second luxury project in the Charlotte area. Their first community is a 323-unit Class A property that came online in October. The company’s Queen City footprint comprises more than 1,860 units, the same source shows.
