Absolute Storage Management has been selected to provide management services for three self storage facilities located in three Southern U.S. states, starting January 2023.
The properties are in Georgia, Louisiana and Texas, with the last two under private ownership, according to Yardi Matrix data.
Absolute Storage Management, founded in 2002, operates more than 140 properties across the U.S.
Lumpkin 400 Storage in Dahlonega, Georgia, is an 88,396-rentable-square-foot facility that comprises 573 non-climate and climate-controlled units, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. The property is located at 210 Ethan Allen Drive, close to State Route 19 and 58 miles from Atlanta.

Bedico Storage in Ponchatoula, La., encompasses 44,590 rentable square feet. The Class B facility was built in two phases between 2005 and 2007. The eight-building property sits on 7.1 acres and encompasses 259 non-climate-controlled units, ranging from 20 to 450 square feet. The facility is located at 27455 Highway 22, 45 miles northwest of New Orleans, across the Pontchartrain Lake.
My Place Self Storage in Pflugerville, Texas was recently acquired from Milestone Properties, Yardi Matrix data shows. The 75,282-rentable-square-foot facility completed in 2014 encompasses four two-story buildings and features 547 non-climate and climate-controlled units, ranging from 25 to 350 square feet. The property is located at 1602 W. Pecan St., with access to Interstate 35 and 16 miles from Austin, Texas. The storage facility is one of the 17 available within a 3-mile radius, offering residents 11.6 rentable square feet per capita.
All properties have on-site amenities such as video surveillance, drive-up access, gated entry, as well as boxes and moving supplies.
