HARRI5 has brokered the sale of Country Villa Estates, a 130-site manufactured housing community in Riverview, Fla. Public records show Legacy Communities acquired the over 55 property for $12.1 million from a local private investor. The entire acquisition was financed through a loan originated by BDS Capital.

Located at 1800 Amberwood Drive on a 17.6-acre site, the community is roughly 3 miles from Interstate 75, less than 2 miles from several retail and dining choices, as well as 13 miles from downtown Tampa. The asset is also close to several golf courses and medical facilities. Common-are amenities at the property include a clubhouse with kitchen, a screened swimming pool, a library and shuffleboard.
At the end of March, HARRI5 also brokered the sale of Mary Manor Estates, a 116-site manufactured housing in Sunnyvale, Calif. Hometown America purchased the property for $39 million.
