Cobblestone Properties has acquired Las Quintas Oasis, a 460-unit manufactured home community in Yuma, Ariz., for $25 million. The seller was Las Quintas Oasis R.V. Resort LLC, an entity linked to a private investor from Mesa, Ariz., according to Yuma county records. HARRI5 brokered the cash sale.
Located at 10442 N. Frontage Road, the property is 4 miles from Arizona Western College, 8.9 miles from Yuma International Airport and 13 miles from Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park. The manufactured housing community is located near Interstate 8, which provides access to both San Diego and Tucson, Ariz.
Common-area amenities at Las Quintas Oasis include a swimming pool and spa center, fitness center, laundry facility and a bocce ball court. The community is close to retail spaces such as Lowe’s and Walmart, and also to some of the area’s largest employers—Yuma Regional Medical Center and Arizona Department of Economic Security.
Last month, HARRI5 also brokered the sale of Bel Air Estates, a Southern California manufactured housing community. Sun Communities purchased the asset for $18 million.
