Sun Vista RV Resort LLC, an entity linked to the William Corrigan family, has acquired a 1,230-unit manufactured housing community in Yuma, Ariz., for $80 million, according to Yuma County records. The same source shows that the acquisition was funded through a $26.4 million loan held by Voya Investment Management. A private individual sold the mobile home and RV resort, with HARRI5 working on behalf of both parties.
Located at 7201 E. 32nd St., Sun Vista Resort is a 55-plus, pet-friendly community equipped with full satellite TV hookups. Common-area amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools and spa center, a fitness center, a music room, a library, a recreation and entertainment center, a computer and video library, as well as dog parks. Residents can enjoy activities such as arts and crafts classes, concerts and dinner shows, and outdoor activities like car racing.
The MHC is close to both Walmart and Lowe’s stores, less than 6 miles from Yuma International Airport and the Arizona Department of Economic Security, one of the area’s major employers. The Yuma Regional Medical Center is 9 miles away.
Last month, HARRI5 also brokered the sale of Las Quintas Oasis, another manufactured community in Yuma. Cobblestone Properties acquired the property from a private investor.
