Olympus Property has purchased Alleia, a 328-unit multifamily property in Savannah, Ga. The community came online in 2021 and was previously owned by LivCor, Yardi Matrix data shows.
Located at 73 Highlands Blvd., Alleia encompasses 19 three-story buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans, including 16 townhomes. Units range between 642 and 2,178 square feet, offering in-unit washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances and walk-in closets. Common-area amenities include a pool with cabanas, grilling stations, a fitness center and a game room.
The 23.4-acre upscale property is in the Pooler submarket, close to where Gulfstream recently announced the creation of 1,600 new jobs through a $150 million investment. Hyundai’s EV plant that is under construction is 23 miles southwest and is set to generate thousands of jobs. Alleia is also less than 5 miles north of a host of retail destinations, Including Tanger Outlets, a Walmart Supercenter and a Publix, among many others. Similarly, Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport and a satellite campus of the Georgia Institute of Technology are roughly 5 miles away.
Earlier this year, Olympus Property purchased another upscale community in Savannah. Capital Crest came online in 2017 and is 3 miles southwest of Alleia. In March 2023, the company also secured the acquisition of Angelene Apartments, a luxury community in West Hollywood, Calif., which traded for $112.5 million.
